Samosa, Lemon Rice

Samosas:

Ingredients:
All-purpose flour
Salt
Luke warm water for dough
Oil for frying
Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
Peas
Coriander leaves
Garam Masala
Red chilli powder

Add salt, little oil in the flour and add lukewarm water and make a dough. Keep it aside for few minutes.
Add peas, garam masala, chillies and salt in the mashed potatoes.
Divide dough and make balls and press them. Then make a chpati with them and on a pan lightly roast them. Then cut them into half. Now in each half add the potato filling and make it in a cone shape.
Take oil for deep frying and then fry the samosas.

Lemon Rice:

Rice
Urad dal
Mustard seeds
Chana dal
Peanuts(optional)
Whole red chillies(optional)
Green chillies
Ginger
Lemon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil


Boil rice and keep aside. In a pan add oil, once heated, add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, red chilli and green chilli, ginger and turmeric powder. Add this mixture in the rice and add lots of lemon juice and salt to taste.
