Coriander leaves, finely chopped.
In a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder. Add the tomatoes and ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the green pepper, Paneer and salt. Let it cook for few minutes, add garam masala in the end and garnish with coriander leaves.
Besan(chick pea flour)
Methi seeds(fenugreek seeds)
In a bowl, add yougurt, chickpea flour and water and make a smooth paste.
In a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, Methi seeds, ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and chopped spinach. Cook it for 2-3 minutes, then add the yogurt and salt. Boil for 10 minutes.
Red chilli powder
First slice all the vegetables. Then in a bowl add chickpea flour, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves. Add water and make a thick paste.
Heat oil for frying. Dip vegetables in the batter and fry them in the oil.
Add milk in a pan and boil on low heat. Once milk comes to a boil, add sugar and cardamom powder. Make a powder with the almonds and pistas and add it in the milk.
Now boil on medium heat till the milk becomes half and thick. Keep stirring in between.
