Spring Rolls and Chinese Stir Fry

Spring Rolls (2010-04-03 Pamela)

Preparation Time:           30 minutes

Ingredients

Ø  Rice Plates
Ø  Rice Vermicelli
Ø  Vegetables

Spices
Ø  Hoisin or any other Chinese Sauce
Ø  Salt
Ø  Oil for stir-frying and deep frying


Cooking Instructions

Preparation
1.       Slice all vegetables
2.       Soak rice plates in water

Cooking
3.       Stir-fry vegetables.
4.       Fry rice vermicelli and add to stir-fried vegetables. 
5.       Add hoisin sauce and salt.
6.       When rice plates are soft, add the veggies.
7.       Fry the spring rolls and serve hot OR Serve.
