·Heat oil. Add Italian herbs and tomatoes. When tomatoes are half cooked, add squash.
·When half cooked, add carrots and cook for a few minutes. Add spinach and cook for a few minutes.
·Remove from heat and add feta cheese, olive oil, sunflower seeds, raisins, roasted almonds, salt and pepper.
·You may add additional spices if you wish and mix well.
·In a separate bowl, make the dough but mixing the butter in the flour using the rubbing-in methods i.e. rubbing the butter in the flour with the fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add parsley and salt. Add cold milk and make a soft but not sticky dough.
·Roll the dough evenly and place in baking tray. Add filing on top and cover with another layer of dough.
