Ø 1 cup flour
Ø 1 tbsp sugar
Ø 2 tbsp baking powder
Ø 1/8 tsp salt
Ø 1 cup milk
Ø 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Ø Thym, Parsley
Ø Parmesan
Ø Salt and Pepper
Ø Potatoes
Ø Peas
Ø Carrots
Ø Spinach
Ø Feta Cheese
Ø Almonds
Ø Milk
Ø Fresh Parsley, Salt and Pepper
Ø Shallots/Green Onions and Coriander
Cooking Instructions
· Dice Carrots, Cut and Grill Almonds
· Cut all herbs.
· Preheat oven 4000F.
· Pancakes: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until it comes into soft consistency.
· Filling: Boil potatoes, Mash and add milk.
· Stir-fry vegetables and mix all fillings ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
· On one pancake, add some filling mixture in the middle. Bring all the edges to the middle and tie the pancake with a green onion.
· Place on a baking tray and grill for 3-4 min at 4000F. Serve hot with a salad (Tomatoes/Beetroot, Lettuce, Raisins, Almonds).
