Pancakes:Ø 1 cup flourØ 1 tbsp sugarØ 2 tbsp baking powderØ 1/8 tsp saltØ 1 cup milkØ 2 tbsp vegetable oilØ Thym, ParsleyØ ParmesanØ Salt and Pepper Filling:Ø PotatoesØ PeasØ CarrotsØ SpinachØ Feta CheeseØ AlmondsØ MilkØ Fresh Parsley, Salt and Pepper Garnish:Ø Shallots/Green Onions and Coriander Cooking Instructions Preparation· Dice Carrots, Cut and Grill Almonds· Cut all herbs.· Preheat oven 4000F. Cooking· Pancakes: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until it comes into soft consistency.· Filling: Boil potatoes, Mash and add milk.· Stir-fry vegetables and mix all fillings ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste.· On one pancake, add some filling mixture in the middle. Bring all the edges to the middle and tie the pancake with a green onion.· Place on a baking tray and grill for 3-4 min at 4000F. Serve hot with a salad (Tomatoes/Beetroot, Lettuce, Raisins, Almonds).
