Coconut Milk
Fresh basil leaves
Fresh mint (Garnish)
Fresh Coriander (Garnish)
Ginger
Tamarind
Lemongrass

Potatoes
Carrots
Zucchinis
Broccoli
Green Beans
Asparagus
Tofu (Optional)

Salt
Oil for cooking


Cooking Instructions

Preparation
1. Cut veggies.


Cooking
2. Add ginger to oil.  Add some basil. 
3. Add veggies (veggies that take longer to cook are added first).
4. Add coconut milk, basil and tamarind.
5. Garnish with basil, mint and coriander.
