Broccoli Cheese Sauce : Pamela
Quantity: 15-20

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 3-4 broccolis
- 200 g butter
- 200 g flour
- 2 litres of milk
- Bunch of Thyme
- Bunch of Parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 500g grated cheese (Mixed: Parmesan, Mozzarella, Emmental)
Cut broccoli into little pieces. Blanch (bring salted water to boil and add broccoli for a few minutes) broccoli until tender. Drain. Wash thyme. Wash and chop parsley. Cooking:
Melt butter. Add thyme and a little parsley. Cook for a few minutes. Add flour and cook, being careful not to burn mixture. Bring mixture to room temperature. Add milk very slowly, stirring all the time, to prevent formation of lumps. Cook mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts boiling. Add broccoli and cheese. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

- 6 betteraves
- Zeste d’orange en grosses lanières
- Huile d’olive
- Suprêmes de 2 oranges
- 85 gr de fromage de chèvre émietté
- ¼ tasse de noix de Grenoble grillées et concassées
- Roquette
- Sel et poivre
- Fenouil (facultatif)
- Huile d’olive
- Vinaigre de cidre ou autre ou jus de citron
- Miel
