Ingredients
4 cans of tomatoes
1 kg of carrots
5-8 potatoes
Few beetroots
Vegetable broth
Fresh Thym
Oil
Optional: Leeks and Celery
Cooking
Peel and cut carrots and potatoes.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the thym.
Add the veggies, water, broth.
Cook for at least 30 minutes.

Ingredients
1 kg flour
500g butter
Salt
1 medium pumpkin
5-8 potatoes
1 pk tofu
8 carrots
Thym
Hoisin Sauce
Optional: Spinach, Feta, nuts, peas
Cooking
1. Fry tofu. Preheat oven 425 degrees F. Grease baking tray.
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the thym. Add the veggies and hoisin sauce starting with the potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, etc...
3. Cook until pumpkin can be crushed easily.
4. Add fat into flour and cut fat into small pieces. Rub in the fat into the flour until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add salt. Add cold water until a (soft but not sticky) dough is formed.
5. Roll half the dough and line in baking tray.
6. Place the filling on the dough.
7. Roll the other half of the dough and place on top.
8. Bake until brown and the pastry is leaving the sides of the pan.
Salad:Brains and Worms

Preparation Time: 25 min
Ingredients
3 lettuces
Chestnuts
Cashew nuts
Green Beans
Dried Seaweeds
Veggie hot dogs
Optional: Spinach
Cooking
1. Soak seaweeds in hot water.
2. Cut chestnuts and roast at 425 degrees F for about 15 min.
3. Blanch green beans (put in boiling water).
4. Cut hotdogs in strips and fry them until light brown.
5. Mix all ingredients.
6. Add dressing of your choice.

Carved Apples - using lemon juice to prevent oxidation

Grated dried coconut
Condensed milk
Raisins
Gel for iris outline
Optional: Cream
Cooking
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Shape into balls.
3. Refrigerate.
4. Decorate with raisins and gel.
