Koshary Quantity: 12-15 servings Preparation Time: 25 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes Ingredients Rice (5 cups) Lentils (5 cups) 2 Cans of crushed tomato sauce Pasta (small cut macaroni) 10 big onions Salt Pepper Cumin Garlic 15 cloves of garlic Chili peppers Cooking Instructions Preparation 1. Boil water with salt. Add pasta. 2. Slice onions. Sauté until dark brown. Take out ¾ of the onions and place them in a plate with Napkin papers to absorb the oil. 3. Rinse lentils and place in water.
