Brochettes 

Quantity:   3-4 servings
Preparation Time:  25 minutes
Cooking Time:  20 minutes

Ingredients

2 Carrots
2 Zucchinis
Red/Yellow/Green Peppers
Tomatoes
Potatoes
Teriyaki Tofu
Mushrooms
Fresh thyme
Salt and Pepper
Brochettes Sticks


Cooking Instructions

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to Low grill.
2. Cut all vegetables.
3. Mix oil, salt, pepper and thyme.


Cooking 
4. Insert vegetables in sticks and place on baking tray.
5. Brush with the oil mixture.
6. Bake until the veggies are cooked (for about 15-20 min)
7. Serve hot.
