Duchess Potatoes (2010-04-17 Pamela)

Quantity:                             3-4 servings

Baking Time:                      10 minutes

Ingredients

Ø  Potatoes
Ø  Butter
Ø  Fresh parsley
Ø  Milk

Spices
Ø  Salt (To taste)
Ø  Ground black pepper


Cooking Instructions

Preparation
1.       Boil potatoes
2.       Preheat oven 4500 F.
3.       Grease baking trays.

Cooking
4.       Peel and Mash potatoes.
5.       Heat milk with butter.
6.       Add salt, pepper, parsley and milk mixture to mashed potatoes.
7.       Put mixture in piping bag and pipe on greased baking trays.
8.       Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden.
